For this code version, you have to enter vlan config mode and create router interface ve 2 from there. In 10 code you would do the int ve command instead.

B is correct for code 10.0. The question specifies code version 8.0.95, which is the command in answer A

On 8.0.95 code you have to use the command from choice A. On 10.0 it's the command from answer B.
