B&C B. Data loss may occur when changing custom field types: Changing the field type from Text Area (Long) to Rich Text may result in data loss if there are values in the existing Text Area (Long) fields that exceed the character limit of the new Rich Text fields. It's important to review and backup the data before making the change to ensure no critical information is lost. C. Field History Tracking records value changes of 255 characters or less: Field History Tracking in Salesforce has a limitation where it can only track changes made to fields with a maximum length of 255 characters. If the Rich Text fields allow for more than 255 characters, any changes made to those fields beyond 255 characters will not be captured in the Field History Tracking.
