A and C are correct. Tested and verified. This has nothing to do with Price Rules, and "Apply to Product Options" is for pushing the same field (product option) selection from the parent bundle down to the child products, as linked below, which also has nothing to do with what's displayed to the user.

AC B (Apply To Product Options) means that when you select the value for the bundle, it cascades down and is applied to the options. It's got nothing to do with showing/hiding/etc products per https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_config_attribute_guidelines.htm&type=5: Apply Immediately Apply field value changes whenever a user changes the configuration attribute’s value. When deselected, Salesforce CPQ applies field changes when the user saves the bundle configuration. Apply to Product Options Apply the configuration attribute’s value to all matching fields in your bundle’s product options. When this field is not selected, Salesforce CPQ applies the value to only matching fields in the bundle parent.
