DonAldos is correct, the correct answer is D, the PAused Flow Interviews component do exists, you can easily check that by going to the Lightning App Builder. It's tricky, it may seem at first glance that that D is correct, but if you navigate to the Apex Flex Queue section in SF you'll find it has a completely different purpose, to monitor Apex Jobs in the queue; it has nothing to do with Flows.

Wrong, it is not possible to see paused flows within Apex Flex Queue. Apex Flex Queue is designed to manage the execution of asynchronous Apex jobs, including batch jobs, future methods, queueable Apex, and scheduled Apex and NOT paused Flows! Correct answer should be D
