This answer should be A, Record-Triggered because those have an optional scheduled asynchronous path you can easily add to schedule later automation such as the email.in fact you can add multiple paths that fire based on any date/datetime field on the sObject that triggered the flow Scheduled path won't allow you to send email for each record 6 hours after each record's field changes. It'll email all of them 6 hours after the flow runs
