Selected Answer: BC
The only access required is to opportunities, leads, and campaigns. So a partner community license is not needed making D incorrect. Also, person accounts can not be used to make partner users. The correct answer seems to be B and C.

B & C are the right options. Person accounts can be enabled as users for customer Experience Cloud sites and portals. Person accounts can't be enabled as users for partner Experience Cloud sites and portals because partners represent companies, not individuals.
