The field is lookup is optional, so it may not contain data, thus we can`t convert it to master-detail : You can convert a lookup relationship to a master-detail relationship if the lookup field in all the records contains a value. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.relationships_considerations.htm&type=5 So the flow is the most suitable as the no code approach is preferred

The field is lookup so I dont think it is possible to change it to roll up summary, record-triggered flow seems the most accurate since it is a low code way to do
