Selected Answer: B

SAML enables you to access multiple web applications using one set of login credentials. As per question an external service is gonna be authenticated in Salesforce. Therefore the only correct option should be B as the others are outbound integrations. HYPERLINK() doesn't have anything related to authentication or access control.
