Option B is also a valid consideration, but it might not directly impact the implementation of the Customer Service template. While the External Apps license might restrict access to cases, which could be a limitation for customer support functionalities, it's not inherently related to the use of the Customer Service template itself.

B is correct. External Apps License does not allow access to Cases. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.users_license_types_communities.htm&type=5
