What is an Evaluation Rule? Evaluation Rules are global, meaning they are not tied to individual products like Qualification Rules are. They are evaluated at runtime and can apply universally to: All products All line items in the cart This makes them ideal for large catalogs where individually linking rules to products would be inefficient and hard to manage.
