Every answer is wrong, correct one shall be "The user can continue viewing the page they are currently on, but if they take further action or navigate to a new page, they will be logged out", in ans D - I am not sure what 'working' means - if means clicking then D is wrong, if means viewing then is ok, I would vote for C

User can continue to see page until next action is taken
C is the correct answer as you can only view that page but can't work(modify anything) on that page. If you try to do so, after the login hours end, you'll be logged out.
