A may not seem intuitive but seems to be the best choice. Issue with answer B: Not yet implemented. Salesforce has acknowledged the worth of Account hierarchy roll-ups but has not yet placed the feature on the road map (as of May 2020) https://success.salesforce.com/ideaview?id=08730000000BrqGAAS
