A is possible on mobile. On FSL Mobile app, you can use Quick Actions. https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=mfs_quick_actions.htm&type=5 Answer would have been C IF they haven't specified that it will be done via a Quick Action. Chatter feed is optimal solution. But on the question it self, they are already stating the usage of Quick action. So correct Answer is A.

You can update the service appointment field using a Quick Action, I did this before so the technicians can mark the status as "En Route". A is correct answer based on my solution.
