Anyone have any insight to the below description: "The key phrase is "at the same time". It is easy to consider the meaning of "at the same time" and "at a time" is similar. However, there is a slight difference between them. It is true that on Add Multiple Users page you can add 10 users "at a time" but in theory, Salesforce Administrator can open Add Multiple Users page on multiple windows of the browser, fill in details and create more than 10 users (in fact as many as he/she likes). Think of this example as "at the same time" means two or more things happening together whereas "at a time" means the number of things happening in any one period."
