I think B is the correct answer cos Contacts has Account lookup field. So combining Contacts and Contract to track the customer that's eligible for that Entitlement seem correct.

Look at the condition on the question for #1 - Any employee in the account. That means its not by contact. #2 - specific purchased product = Asset. So the correct answer here is "C" - Accounts and Assets to be used in Entitlement Process.
