Universal Containers (UC) wants to track real-time progress on Service Appointments. Technicians should only see confirmed Service Appointments. What status flow provides the highest level of visibility into the Technician's current work status?
A.
None, Dispatched, Travel, In Progress, Cannot Complete
B.
None, Scheduled, Onsite, In Progress, Closeout, Completed
C.
None, Scheduled, Dispatched, Travel, Onsite, Completed
D.
None, Scheduled, Dispatched, Onsite, Travel, Completed
None of these represents the full lifecycle of the SA. However in the context of odd-man-out here is assertion below.
As per the SA Lifecycle in FSL settings, there is specific status you can setup for "Travel" vs. "Onsite". The lifecycle settings only has status names mapping for New > Tentatively Scheduled > Dispatched > In Progress > Completed > Cannot Complete > Cancelled.
With that in mind, B, C and D all has two In progress states along with Scheduled state which is not possible. So "A" is the best choice in this case.
All answers should be customized status of Service Appointment.
I guess answer should be C but A also seems to be fine...
There is no status like Travel and Onsite at the default settings.
The default values of status are below:
Service appointments come with the following statuses to represent stages in their life cycle.
None
Scheduled
Dispatched
In Progress
Completed
Cannot Complete
Canceled
