I gave the ADM-201 test and scored 915/1000. It was all possible due to ITEXAMSLAB.COM as it has great courses. Looking forward to Next Exam

The only way a record is saved is if you commit save the inline editing on the field.

Inline editing updates the field when the field is saved/updated. Inline editing is a feature of some software applications that allows users to edit the contents of a field or record directly within the application, rather than having to open a separate edit window or form. When a user makes changes to a field using inline editing, the changes are usually saved to the field automatically when the user leaves the field (e.g. by clicking outside the field or pressing the tab key). Option A, the field is saved/updated, is the correct answer. https://rb.gy/t3fa62

B is correct, when record is saved!! Field only saving/update actually doesnot exist when comparing record saving.
