Correct ans is Custom Button and ProcessBuilder.

In the link talks about "Screen flow". Process builder can launch autolaunch flows but not screen flows https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.process_action_flow.htm&type=5
The answer is not "Process builder" because a screen flow cannot be launched from a process builder. The question does not talk about if the user launches it directly or no.
