Only 1 SAP can be used for branding (links and image wraps). Private domains to not apply to branding but do apply to from addresses. Answer A would have been true if only the 1 SAP domain existed. The correct answer should be "B" as Links and Images would be wrapped with the SAP (e.nto.com) domain and the Private Domain (mail.nto.com) would be used as from address for sending only.

A is correct because it keeps it simple: each email uses the sender profile with the specific domains. While B is correct on images; it is wrong on links (no longer mentions the split on domains).
