Correct answer is "B". A workflow rule cannot "count" child objects.

I say the answer is A. You need a rollup summary field on the parent object, but the question is what is the best way to INDICATE that a score of 15 or more is needed. The roll up summary field by itself does not indicate anything about the requirement, it just gives the score

I believe the answer should be c, Visual Workflow which is the old name of flow that could be a record-triggered flow to update recommended field to indicate the user. None of the rest answers indicates the user properly as the question. Rollup summary will need an additional formula field to indicate the user.
