Nothing states the sharing rules are being recalculated... I would rather select C in lieu of B

The anwsers are correct. How can you "modified the Sales Representative ROLE to restrict Read/Write access to Licensed_Professional__c" ? You can't do that on a ROLE ;)

Yes, A and B are correct. C is not as noox explained. https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.securityImplGuide.meta/securityImplGuide/security_sharing_recalculating.htm D is mutually exclusive with A - you can't have 2 primary relationships on an obj. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.relationships_considerations.htm&type=5 More about B) here https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000336450&type=1

D = The organization has a private sharing model for Certification__c, and Contact is the primary relationship in the Licensed_Professional__c object. Yes but what about the Contact sharing Model? So better than D is mutually exclusive with A, D is too confusing to be honest.
