B is the correct answer. The Campaign Email Tracking report shows send tracking data only for a specific campaign. B would be the best answer in the case the email campaign mean email only. Account Send Summary Report provides all of the required measure compared to A which doesn't include: * Block Bounce Rate * Complaint Rate

the account send summary report do not contain individual campaign report, but rather a summary of all email send per BU. Where campaign email tracking does not contain block bounce rate and complaint rate. Not sure what is the correct answer here
