"Delete the related record also" option will delete the child records as well when the parent record is deleted.
"Clear the value of the lookup field" option will remove the reference from the lookup field, but the child record remains.
"Do NOT allow deletion of a lookup record that is part of a lookup relationship" option will prevent users from deleting a lookup record that has child records associated with it.
