Which two differences in the newly synced data can explain this? (Choose two.)

I believe E is correct instead of C: E. There are widgets that cannot be displayed on mobile layouts. Certain widgets may not be able to be displayed on mobile layouts due to space constraints or differences in mobile device capabilities. The consultant should consider which widgets will work best on mobile devices.

A. Differences involving trigger-updated fields: If there are any triggers set up on the Salesforce object that modify the data in a way that affects the field being summed, the data sync may not reflect those changes. The sync may not trigger the same logic as the Salesforce object does when the data is updated. D. Differences involving formula fields: Formula fields may also contribute to the difference between the synced data and the manually calculated data. If the formula field uses a different logic or references different fields than what was used to manually calculate the data, then the sum may be different.

B. Differences involving permanently deleted records: The difference in the sum of a field within the dataset and the manually calculated data would not be explained by differences involving permanently deleted records. If a record is permanently deleted, it would not be included in either the synced data or the manually calculated data, so it would not affect the sum of the field in question. Therefore, B is not a likely explanation for the discrepancy between the two sums.

Selected Answer: BD
B and D are the correct answers. Incremental sync doesn’t update records that are excluded through Data Sync filters, and it doesn't remove hard-deleted (permanently) records. Also, run full sync for objects containing formula fields. With incremental sync, formula fields can become out of sync with your synced object. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.bi_extract_data_incrementally_in_replication.htm&type=5
