First, calculate the total List Price for all the products without any discount: $100 (List Price) × 5 (Quantity) = $500 Since the Discount Schedule is based on percent, we would then apply the discount based on the discount tier (which would normally be provided). However, without seeing the actual discount tiers, let’s assume an average discount (as the options suggest discounts). If we assume the discount is 10%, the calculation would be as follows: Discount Amount = 10% of $500 = $50 Regular Unit Price = $500 - $50 = $450

The Lower Bound value is the smallest value needed for the discount. The Upper Bound value is the highest value needed for the discount. However, the Upper Bound value isn’t inclusive. Make sure that your upper bound is one digit higher than the value you want to include. For example, if you want your tier to include values 1 through 10, set your Upper Bound value to 11.

D is correct. The higher bound is noninclusive. This means 1 and 2 are at 0% and 3, 4 and 5 are at 10% discount. That makes it 470

Slab explanation on Salesforce Help: Slab: Units within a certain bound receive discounts equal to their tier’s discount value. Let’s say you ordered 30 products under the discount schedule in the first two paragraphs. Units 1 through 9 receive a 10% discount, units 10 through 19 receive a 20% discount, and units 20 through 30 receive a 30% discount. Slab discount products aren't allowed on partial orders.

"Make sure that your upper bound is one digit higher than the value you want to include. For example, if you want your tier to include values 1 through 10, set your Upper Bound value to 11." So unit 1 and 2 are in tier 1 unit 3, 4 and 5 are in tier 2 with 10% discount source : https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_discount_schedules.htm&type=5 warning : the documentation is misleading in the first part of the article. The trailhead unit is better : https://trailhead.salesforce.com/fr/content/learn/modules/discounting-tools-in-salesforce-cpq/set-up-volume-based-discount-schedules "Upper Quantity (up to but not including)"

C is Correct! Unit 1, 2 and 3 are in Tier 1 and receives 0% discount. Unit 4 and 5 are in Tier 2 and receives 10% discount each. 100$ + 100$ + 100$ + 90$ + 90$ = 480$ This is due to Type = Slab https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_discount_schedules.htm&type=5
