certainly B. Key word is Product-by-Product which means Quote Line field set. Had it said All Product or regardless of product, then it would have been Quote field set.

Line Editor for Quote is a set of fields displayed at the top and applied for all products if the calculation is present. Line Editor for Quote Line is a set of columns for each product
