There is no great answer here, yet with that being said... A is wrong altogether since if more than one record is returned via lookup it will result in an error https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/price-rules-in-salesforce-cpq/consolidate-price-rules-by-using-lookup-queries B is simply too vague and is like an always true statement, it can be the right answer C can also be true but it is out of scope D is tricky on the wording since it is meaning something right but indeed tested field do not live on the lookup object

D is not the correct answer because Tested Field in the lookup query refers to the object field you’re evaluating (for example Quote’s Net Amount)
