Selected Answer: D
Option D includes all the core components directly responsible for defining, applying, tracking, and acting upon service level requirements in Salesforce. Entitlement Processes define the SLA roadmap. Milestones are the specific time-bound SLA steps. Milestone Actions ensure compliance by triggering alerts/escalations. Entitlements link these processes to specific clients and their cases.

Why is B correct? Without the entitlement itself, the SLA can't be managed.
