B should be the answer. A and C dont make sense.

In order to use CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) you need a permission set license AND a permission set that grants the correct permissions. C is only talking about (non existent) licenses and not about permissions. So this could not be a correct answer. A is the correct answer.

I believe A is the correct Answer as they specifically mention that the company does not yet have Einstein (CRM) Analytics enabled. The first thing you learn enablin Einstein Analytics is assigning permission set and permission set license, hence the assumption for A. App permission only come to play later and assume you alreayd have permission set license.

Why is A - permission sets for each role incorrect? Tried looking online for more detsil on the licenses mentioned in C and can't find them.

I agree with your observation. The "C" isn't a correct answer either for me because ther are no license with the name "EA Developer". From the list, for me, the best answer is "B" because this process is a valid and must-be-done step during the permission configuration for those three types of users. What do you think?
