I believe its actually A and D: in "Configure KPI Tiles" it states that for numeric value color grading could be set via threshold value, and that its also possible to config drill down https://help.sap.com/docs/smart-business-service/smart-business-service-modeler-apps/configure-kpi-tiles

BD are the correct answers I think, you need to refresh to chart to have real time update
