I think C is wrong because it is about 'cross-functional', which is not related closely to 'self organized'. My choice is B and D.

Hum not sure about this one. My answer would be C & D. Nothing mentionned in Scrum about self organized team & creativity, even if it can be an indirect consequence

If you check the open assessments you will see a lot of mentioning of creativity and innovation. B and D are correct.
