Selected Answer: C
A. Publishing the workflow ✅ Yes Required to make the workflow available for use in catalog items. B. Defining workflow activities ✅ Yes Core part of the workflow; defines the actual steps the workflow will perform. C. Approving the workflow ❌ No Workflows do not require approval before being used. Approvals can be included within the workflow as activities, but the workflow itself doesn't need to go through an approval process to be created or published. D. Managing workflow versions ✅ Yes Workflow versioning is automatic when changes are published, but managing versions is essential to maintain control over updates.

It has to be C.. there is no approval needed to create a workflow. Versions dont really exist, you cant go back in workflows or flows.. a and b are mandatory anyways otherwise you wont have a workflow.. C is the only option left..

Answer should be C. We're talking about Workflows not Flow. In the previous Workflow Editor, any change is recorded with a version, so, it's not optional.
