Bit naughty this one and I'd imagine these options wouldnt be the same. If you browse, you have to select "Select Import Set" before you select "Load Data" but you could also type Load Data and you could select that without selecting "Select Import Set"

I would go with C here. The Module you use to load data is indeed called "Load Data" module, but once you open it, the first thing it asks you to do is select (or create a new ) Import Set table, then you need to choose a data source, and only after you do these 2 things you can click "Submit" which Loads the data....

You have to create or select an Import Set prior to selecting the Data Source. Once the Import set is defined you update or add the data source.
