Selected Answer: E
From Now learning document To participate in this service, you must opt-in. You can exclude specific software discovery models from being provided to ServiceNow on the Software Discovery Model form. By default, you are opted out. Therefore E is correct?

I think you may be a little confused on the question. The correct answer would in fact be D because it is asking which answer choice is INCORRECT. That being said you are absolutely correct that you are opted out by default. Making D the most accurate choice in this question.
