The Now Mobile Agent application is specifically designed to provide field service technicians with access to and interaction with their data, even in areas with limited or no internet connectivity. I used this in a project and from the apple app store it is called, ServiceNow Agent. It has the word mobile on the image but based off the name, I would go with Mobile Agent as the best answer.
