D is the correct one If there is 5 nodes, 100% / 5 = 20%, this is the influence of each node. When setting the influence to 45, it requires 3 node to exceed 45 (i.e. 20 x 3 = 60) in order to show impact

Considering 5 nodes in cluster each has 20% influence. 100 / 5 = 20. So to exceed 45, it needs 3 nodes impacted. 20+20+20 = 60 > 45.
