Selected Answer: BD
BD is Correct. The Case Interceptor is a feature of the CSM Demo Data Plugin that creates and updates demo case data. Disabling the Case Interceptor will prevent the demo case data from being updated, which can help to improve the performance of the instance. Clone back to this instance from a valid instance Cloning a valid instance is a good way to prepare an instance for production. Cloning will create a new instance with the same data and configuration as the valid instance. This can help to ensure that the new instance is ready for production.

Answer: C. Remove the Demo Data via a HI Request D. Clone back to this instance from a valid instance Explanation: A. will work, but its kinda like blowing up the planet to kill a fly.... B. as about helpful as an air conditioner on the planet hoth, so C and D is more logical... or you could identify the demo records and then delete those... high risk low reward....
