The error message refers to a classification error.
If the SNMP credentials are incorrect (option B), the discovery attempt would fail completely when connecting to the device, but a classification error would not specifically occur.
Based on the troubleshooting module of the self-paced training, the example they gave stated that this is the result of a classifier not existing for the specific CI.
From this community thread D is correct, but documentation would be better to be completely sure.
