sorry, my earlier answer is wrong, these are the entities where special handling notes can be applied : "* Asset

* Case
* Contact
* Incident
* Product Model
* Work Order Task"
Hence none of the answer is correct, somehow If I have to pick one of the answers I would go with Sold Product as there is Product model option is present, not correct though...
