All the others are server side which is good for scheduled jobs. client side isn't ideal for schedule jobs.

Scheduled scripts are server side scripts, thus running a client-side script at the same time everyday cannot be accomplished with a scheduled script execution. The application needs to run a client-side script at the same time every day
