Special Handling Notes are mostly used for Cases because customer service agents handle large volumes of Cases every day, and some Cases may need to be handled in a particular way. However, Special Handling Notes can also apply to other entities, such as, but not limited to:
• Case
• Account
• Contact
• Product Model
