I believe D is correct. In the ebook, it is written: "Time Zone / Contact Local Time Agent can identify if it is the right time to contact customer. Based on customer's time-zone, their local time will be displayed". CSM Fundamentals, Organizational Structure and Case - Basic Principles, Case - Basic Principles, Useful Features

Yes, Too belive but i was just checked in the instance it is display date and time based on the field contact filed so Option D is correct
