Has to be C. each node has 25% influence. so to go over 60%, it has to be 3 which would make it 3*25 = 75 which is more than 60.

In 4 Node cluster, 2 only makes 50%, so correct answer should be C which is above 60% (I.e 75%)

It's C - it's a four node which means each has 25% influence. In order to hit 60% you need to have three nodes (75%). Two nodes are only 50%.

Correct answer is C, it has to exceed impact influence, B only equals the impact influence
