Why the Other Options Are Incorrect B. Enabled by default for ACCOUNTADMIN: MFA for ACCOUNTADMIN is only recommended, not automatically on. C. Only through Snowsight: MFA is fully supported by CLI and all drivers, not just the web UI. D. Enabled by default for every user: Users must enroll themselves; MFA is not on by default in existing accounts.
