its C as the warehouse start executing the query after the provisioning. there is not specific time slot and no provision when an accountadmin specify a time window as long as the warehouse is running and the user have right privilege
The answer is C. "Warehouse provisioning is generally very fast (e.g. 1 or 2 seconds); however, depending on the size of the warehouse and the availability of compute resources to provision, it can take longer." And "If cost and access are not an issue, enable auto-resume to ensure that the warehouse starts whenever needed.
