it's crazy that the given answer is incorrect.first step, publish to the server. that allow you to have the second step, which is from the data source section of publish workbook dialog box, select edit, and finally, set authentification to embedded password to allow people whomm don't have data base access to view the dahsboard, otherwise it would have been prompt user. so the correct answ<er is 3,4,2. And extact or live mode is not the point here.

i would say in addition that the embedded option is located in the "publish type" instead of the authentification part where yoiu can just have refresh not enable or allow refresh access. the question it self is a bit wrong.

5,4,2 5, From the Data menu, select the data sources, and then select Add to Saved Data Sources. This action extracts the data from the database and saves it as a separate data source within your Tableau workbook. This creates an independent copy of the data, decoupling it from the original database connection. 4, From the Data Sources section of the Publish Workbook dialog box, select Edit. This allows you to modify the data source settings during the publishing process. 2, From the Manage Data Sources popup, set Authentication to Embedded password. This option embeds the necessary credentials (username and password) directly within the published data source. This ensures that the workbook can access the data without requiring users to have separate database logins.
