Why the other choices are incorrect: B. LEED's certified building ❌ Grammatically incorrect and not an approved phrase by USGBC. LEED is not a possessive entity. C. LEED Accredited Building ❌ Only people can be LEED Accredited (e.g., LEED Green Associate or LEED AP). Buildings are certified, not accredited. D. LEED Registered, Gold Building ❌ A building cannot be both registered and Gold certified simultaneously. "Registered" means the project is in process, not yet certified.
