A should be correct, according to Veeam you need to start at the repository, hit the site B WAN Accelerator, then hit the WAN Accelerator on the Site A, side then the repository. Backup copy jobs run repository to repository without the use of proxies. https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/wan_hiw.html?ver=120
