D, backup server cant reach the production network. You use the Proxy as a guest interaction proxy as it reaches both networks

D is a correct answer as a Windows Proxy Server can have the GIP services installed. This is different from the other version of this question where it is a Linux Proxy Server. In that the VBR would be added to the VM network to serve that role but that seems unnecessary in this case.
