B is correct, because in A you are using move mode, and this is not a third copy (3-2-1), you are just splitting the backup chain from the SOBR

A would be correct if the SOBR was configured in copy mode, since it is not, the data is being moved from one media to another media. B is correct and compliant with 3-2-1 rule (3 copies of the same data in 2 locations which one of the is off-site)

I think A is the better option because using B they are using the same type of media, Disk, and Disk,
